01 Our Role

Jettset is a private aviation broker and journey-management company. We source, coordinate and manage private flights through our preferred partner fleet, direct operator relationships and the wider international charter market.

Jettset Europe Ltd does not hold an Air Operator's Certificate and does not exercise operational control over an aircraft. Every flight is performed by the licensed third-party aircraft operator named in the booking documents. That operator is responsible for the aircraft, crew, maintenance, operational safety, regulatory compliance and performance of the flight. Jettset remains responsible for carrying out its own sourcing, arranging and journey-management services with care, clarity and discretion.

Our fleet language refers to the aircraft available through Jettset's partner relationships and global access. It does not change the identity or responsibilities of the licensed operating carrier.

02 The Operating Carrier

The name of the licensed operator will be disclosed before travel. Depending on the jurisdiction, commercial charter authority may be demonstrated through a UK or European Air Operator's Certificate, FAA Part 135 authority in the United States, or the equivalent certification issued by the relevant national aviation authority. Aircraft availability alone is not enough — the operator and the specific aircraft must be authorised for the journey being proposed, subject to route, permit, airport and operational requirements.

03 Operator & Aircraft Review

Before presenting an aircraft, Jettset seeks to establish that the proposed operator is appropriately licensed for the relevant commercial flight and that the aircraft can be offered for the intended journey. Our review may include current operating authority, aircraft authorisation under the operator's certificate, insurance documentation, aircraft registration and maintenance status, crew qualifications, incident and enforcement history available to us, service consistency, independent safety information including ARGUS, WYVERN or IS-BAO status where relevant, and permit, slot, airport and route suitability.

Independent safety ratings and voluntary standards can add useful context, but they do not replace the legal certification required to operate a commercial flight.

04 A Preferred Network, Continuously Reviewed

Jettset is developing a preferred network of operators and fleet partners whose legal standing, responsiveness, aircraft presentation and service delivery are reviewed over time. A previous journey does not create automatic approval for every future flight — operator authority, aircraft suitability, insurance, availability and operational conditions are considered against the specific itinerary being arranged. Where a preferred partner cannot meet the journey, Jettset may source from the wider charter market and apply the same booking and review principles to the proposed option.

05 Operational Authority

The licensed operator and pilot in command retain final authority over every operational decision, including aircraft acceptance, passenger and baggage limits, crew duty, routing, technical stops, weather, safety, departure, diversion and landing. No commercial commitment, guest preference or schedule takes priority over a lawful safety decision.

06 Pricing Transparency

Every quotation is built around the aircraft, route, timing, passenger requirements and conditions known at the time it is prepared. Where Jettset states that an empty-leg or other journey is offered at operator rate, this means that no additional charter markup is applied by Jettset to that operator quotation for the specified journey. Any separate membership, payment-processing, concierge or service fee will be disclosed independently. Operational charges that cannot always be predicted in advance may include de-icing, additional flight time, airport changes, permits, parking, handling, catering, Wi-Fi, ground waiting time and passenger-requested changes.

07 Empty Legs & Legs Membership

Legs gives members privileged visibility of live aircraft repositioning opportunities. An empty leg exists because an aircraft is already scheduled to move without passengers; it is not created around a member's requested route. Empty legs commonly appear at short notice, are usually one-way and may move or be withdrawn if the underlying primary journey changes. A route is not secured until the licensed operator accepts the booking and written confirmation is issued. We make the known timing, conditions, cancellation risk and whole-aircraft member price clear before commitment. Where certainty matters more than flexibility, Charter or Jet Card will usually be the more appropriate structure.

08 Guest Information & Discretion

Only the information reasonably required to quote, confirm and deliver a journey is shared with the operator, airport, authority or supplier involved. Privacy, press sensitivity, security considerations, health information and personal preferences may be recorded within a guest profile where relevant and where the guest or authorised representative asks us to do so.

Our internal standard is simple: sensitive guest information should never be disclosed more widely than the journey requires.

09 Compliance Before Convenience

A journey may require identity, passenger, beneficial-ownership, source-of-funds, sanctions, customs, immigration or other compliance information before an aircraft can be confirmed. Jettset, the operator or a payment partner may decline, pause or cancel a booking where information is incomplete, the proposed journey creates a legal or regulatory concern, or proceeding would conflict with safety or compliance requirements. Passengers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, declared baggage, pet documentation and any restricted or hazardous items.

10 If Plans Change

Private aviation can be affected by weather, technical issues, crew duty limitations, airport restrictions, permits, air traffic control and other conditions outside Jettset's direct control. If a delay, aircraft change, cancellation or other disruption occurs, our role is to communicate clearly, work with the operator and source practical alternatives as quickly as reasonably possible. Depending on availability, this may include a replacement aircraft, revised timing, another airport, ground transport or a new itinerary. Any additional cost, refund or recovery entitlement will depend on the cause of the disruption, the operator's terms and the agreement for the specific journey.

We do not promise that disruption will never happen. We promise not to disappear when it does.

11 Reporting A Concern

Guests, partners and suppliers are encouraged to raise any concern about an operator, aircraft, crew interaction, payment, privacy issue or service failure as soon as possible. Where a matter concerns the legal operation or safety of a flight, it may also be referred to the relevant aviation authority.

12 The Standard We Hold

Clarity — the guest should know who is arranging the journey and who is operating the aircraft.
Legality — every commercial flight must be performed under the authority required for that jurisdiction and operation.
Suitability — the aircraft must be assessed against the actual route, passengers, baggage and operating conditions.
Discretion — sensitive information is shared only where the journey genuinely requires it.
Transparency — pricing, conditions and known limitations should be presented before commitment.
Presence — when a journey changes, the guest should have a real person managing the response.
