Discretion is part of the service. This notice explains how Jettset collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal information across our website, private aviation, concierge, membership, partnership and advisory services. It applies when you visit our website, make an enquiry, travel with us, use one of our services, join a membership, work with us as a partner, or communicate with our team.
Jettset Europe Ltd is the data controller for the personal information covered by this notice. That means we decide how and why that information is used. Privacy enquiries and requests may be sent to info@jettsetglobal.com.
To respond to an enquiry and deliver a journey safely, discreetly and personally, we may collect the following categories of information:
We may receive information directly from you or from a person acting for you, including an executive assistant, family office, travel adviser, agent, employer, relative or other authorised representative. We may also receive operational information from aircraft operators and suppliers involved in your journey. If you provide information about another passenger, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that the passenger has been given access to this notice.
Depending on the service and the circumstances, Jettset relies on one or more of the following: Contract — to take steps at your request before a booking and perform the services requested. Legal obligation — to meet aviation, border, tax, accounting, sanctions, safety and other legal requirements. Legitimate interests — to operate and protect our business, manage guest relationships, prevent fraud, improve services and communicate with business contacts, where not overridden by your rights. Consent — where required, including certain marketing, optional cookies and some uses of sensitive information.
Health information and certain other sensitive information are treated as special category data. Where we process this information, we identify both an appropriate lawful basis and an additional condition required by data protection law. Jettset does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Private aviation and concierge are delivered through a carefully coordinated network. We share only the information reasonably necessary for each supplier to perform its part of the journey, including: licensed aircraft operators and flight support providers; airports, FBOs, handling agents and border or aviation authorities; chauffeur, ground transport and logistics providers; hotels, villas, restaurants, caterers, event and concierge suppliers; security, medical or accessibility providers where requested or necessary; payment providers, banks and fraud-prevention services; technology, CRM, cloud, communications and professional service providers; insurers, auditors, legal advisers and regulators; law enforcement or public authorities where required or permitted by law; and a buyer, investor or successor if part of our business is reorganised, financed or transferred.
Operators and other suppliers may act as independent data controllers for the services they provide. Operational responsibility for each flight remains with the licensed aircraft operator. We do not sell personal information.
Jettset operates globally. A journey may require personal information to be shared with an operator, airport, hotel, chauffeur or other supplier outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law applies to an international transfer, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard where required, which may include a UK adequacy regulation, contractual protections, or a transfer necessary to perform the international travel service you requested.
Payments may be processed by banks, card processors or specialist payment partners. Where cryptocurrency payment is selected, processing may be handled by MoonPay under its own privacy and security terms. Jettset does not store cryptocurrency wallet credentials. Full payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than retained in Jettset's guest profile.
A guest profile allows the relationship to improve over time. It may record the details you ask us to remember, such as preferred aircraft, catering, vehicles, hotels, privacy requirements and the way you like a journey to be managed. You are not required to provide optional preference information. You may ask us to correct, remove or stop using a preference at any time.
We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Access is limited to team members and service providers who need the information for a legitimate business or operational purpose and who are subject to confidentiality and security obligations. When an incident creates a risk to individuals, we assess it promptly and make any notifications required by law.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery of services, maintenance of an active guest relationship, legal claims and legal, accounting, aviation or regulatory requirements. Identity and travel documents are retained only for the operational or legal period required. Journey and transaction records are retained for accounting, tax, contractual, insurance, compliance and legal purposes. Guest preferences are retained while the relationship remains active or until you ask us to amend or remove them. Marketing preferences are retained so we can respect your choices, including an opt-out request. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to: ask for access to the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information; ask us to erase information in certain circumstances; ask us to restrict how information is used; object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing; ask for certain information in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing; and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exemptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Jettset may process information about a child or young passenger when it is necessary to arrange a journey. This information should be provided by, or with the authority of, a parent, guardian or authorised representative. We limit its use to the journey, the requested service and any applicable legal or safety requirement.
To ask a privacy question, exercise a data protection right or raise a concern, contact Jettset Europe Ltd at info@jettsetglobal.com. We would welcome the opportunity to address a concern directly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
We may update this notice as our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The current version will always appear on the Jettset website with its latest revision date.
