Where It Began
Jettset was born from a simple observation: for an industry built around luxury, private aviation often felt surprisingly impersonal.
Our founder experienced this first-hand, travelling extensively for business across the world by private jet. The aircraft itself was exceptional. Everything around it wasn't.
A booking would be confirmed. A payment link would arrive. The journey would be arranged. And then the guest was left to organise everything else — transport to the airport, collection on arrival, accommodation, ground logistics, dining, every last-minute request. For the level of investment being made, the experience felt incomplete.
Private aviation had become focused on the aircraft, rather than the journey. The experience shouldn't begin when a guest steps onboard. It should begin the moment they leave their front door.
At the same time, friends, business associates, and people across our founder's network began asking for help arranging flights and managing their travel. What started as helping others quickly revealed a real gap in the market — guests didn't simply want access to aircraft. They wanted someone to think about everything else.
